Michelle and Chris: Copper and Aubergine Harvest at Table Rock Lodge
Michelle and Chris had one of the most intimate weddings that B&R Events has ever planned- just 36 of their closest family and friends. October 24th was a gorgeous fall day, perfect for their outdoor late afternoon ceremony on Table Rock Lodge's stone patio. Bride and grooms each had one attendant that came down the aisle while the Goodwin Quartet played.
Decor for the reception was simple; natural wood chivaris with sage green pintuck linens and copper striped chair ties with eggplant napkins all from Professional Party Rentals. Michelle carried ivory tulips with a collar hypernicum berries and personal and ceremony flowers were created by Dahlia. B&R Events created the reception centerpieces of copper buckets with birch branches, autumn leaves, and mango calla lilies with polished river rocks.
Streetside Catering provided a delicious buffet and Michelle and Chris chose craft beers and apple wine for their guests to enjoy. Holly's Cakes created the petite cake, one layer of apple cinnamon cake to compliment the apple wine and the other layer coconut (Chris's favorite), and B&R placed adorable fall mums on it. The cake plateau was a tree trunk, the perfect addition to the mountain top soiree. Their guest book was created with a vintage Polaroid camera and scrapbook that guests signed. Patrick Cox captured every moment and detail.
Each guest left with apple butter as a favor in a brown Kraft-paper bag stamped 'thank you' and then showered Michelle and Chris with dried french lavender. The newlyweds then took off in their car to the airport for their honeymoon.
Congratulation Michelle and Chris!
